Hi, I’m Chelsea, the heart and hands behind Indian Fig Co. Baking has always been more than just a hobby for me—it’s my way of expressing creativity, spreading joy, and bringing people together. From a young age, I was captivated by the magic of turning simple ingredients into something extraordinary, whether it was a birthday cake for a loved one or a warm loaf of bread for family dinner.

As the owner and baker of Indian Fig Co., I’m inspired by the beauty and resilience of our Texas roots, which is reflected in everything I create. My goal is to craft desserts and baked goods that not only taste amazing but also create lasting memories. Whether I’m designing an intricate custom cake or perfecting the crust on a loaf of sourdough, every item is made with care, intention, and a whole lot of heart.

Meet my sous chef, my talented and enthusiastic little helper! As my daughter and the unofficial assistant baker of Indian Fig Co., she brings her own spark of creativity and joy to the kitchen. Whether she’s taste-testing new recipes, helping decorate cookies, or rolling out dough for kolaches, her love for baking shines through in every task.

My daughter’s favorite part of baking is adding her unique flair to our creations—she has an incredible eye for detail and isn’t afraid to try new ideas. Her infectious energy and passion remind me daily of why I started this journey: to create something meaningful and fun, not just for our customers but for our family too.
