Indian Fig Co. is a boutique bakery established in the spring of 2015 by Chelsea Kirks, a Le Cordon Bleu graduate with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and baking industry. Chelsea launched Indian Fig Co. out of a passion for creating scratch-made baked goods that combine exceptional flavor with beautiful presentation.

With a diverse background that includes working in high-volume hotel kitchens, catering for top-tier music venues, and managing bakery operations, Chelsea has honed her skills to deliver high-quality, handcrafted treats. Her career highlights include creating a birthday cake for Willie Nelson’s 90th birthday, placing third at the Hallettsville Kolache Festival, and preparing a dessert for an event attended by 50 top chefs—including Robert Irvine—which aired on the Food Network.
